RITMSCENAR Pro Plus and Pro device upgrades

From 9^th till 18^th of November, RITM Australia will do upgrades of the RITMSCENAR Pro and Pro Plus devices (new shape).

The new firmware version improves the skin impedance measuring algorithm and has built in protection against incorrect battery orientation.

All devices with firmware version earlier then 01.11.10 (the firmware version of your device is shown on the first screen after you switch on the device).

Prices for the upgrade are:

• FREE for devices bought after 1st of November 2010
• $50.00 for STAA members
• $100 for none STAA members

Conditions:

• The Device must be sent via Platinum Post satchel in its leather case wrapped in bubble wrap and then packed in a box. Please take out the batteries and do not send the batteries together with the device.

• Only new shape devices are upgradable
• A self-addressed Platinum Post satchel and completed Upgrade Form must be enclosed
• Device must be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise cleaning fee may apply
• Turnaround time for the upgrade is 2-3 hours. Devices that arrive in the morning will be upgraded and send back the same day. Please read on the back of the Platinum Post satchel if your post code is included in the next day delivery service.
• Devices should be sent for upgrade not earlier then 7^th of November and not later than 16^th of November
• Next upgrade is scheduled for July 2012
