Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are eligible for a full refund less $100 processing fee by 31st of December 2018. Cancellations received between January 2019 and February 2019, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after 1st of March, 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail or by fax according to the following schedule:
