bioSCENAR, RITMSCENAR Pro Plus and Pro device updates, clean and check ups
RITM Australia will conduct FREE Professional SCENAR devices firmware updates, clean and check ups in April 2015.
You can get your device serviced and updated during the SCENAR Conference 18th -21st of April in Gold Coast.
Or in Sydney by posting it to us.
Procedure for Sydney Service:
- The Device has to be sent via Registered/Platinum Post satchel in its leather case wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a box. Please take out the batteries and do not send the batteries together with the device.

- We have to receive your device on 7th or on 8th of April 2015 at the latest. We are all leaving for the Conference on 16th of April and need sufficient time to service all devices.
- Please enclose a self-addressed Registered/Platinum Post satchel and completed SERVICE FORM.
- Turnaround time for the update is 2-3 days.
- If you need your device repaired, please fill your credit card details in the Form. We will quote you before we go ahead with the repair.
- Next upgrade is scheduled for August-September 2016
