SCENAR Pro Plus and Pro device upgrades
From 9th till 18th of November RITM Australia will do upgrades of SCENAR Pro and Pro Plus devices (new shape).
The new firmware version improves the skin impedance measuring algorithm and has built in protection against incorrect battery orientation.
All devices with firmware version earlier then 01.11.10 (the firmware version of your device is shown on the first screen after you switch on the device).
Prices for the upgrade are:
- FREE for devices bought after 1st of November 2010
- $50.00 for STAA members
- $100 for none STAA members
Conditions:
- The Device must be sent via Platinum Post satchel in its leather case wrapped in bubble wrap and then packed in a box. Please take out the batteries and do not send the batteries together with the device.

- Only new shape devices are upgradable
- A self-addressed Platinum Post satchel and completed Upgrade Form must be enclosed
- Device must be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise cleaning fee may apply
- Turnaround time for the upgrade is 2-3 hours. Devices that arrive in the morning will be upgraded and send back the same day. Please read on the back of the Platinum Post satchel if your post code is included in the next day delivery service.
- Devices should be sent for upgrade not earlier then 7th of November and not later than 16th of November
- Next upgrade is scheduled for July 2012

- The formation of RITM America and RITM Canada was officially announced during the Conference. RITM America and RITM Canada were set up in late 2010 by the two manufacturers of the genuine SCENAR technology – RITM OKB ZAO and Kosmed International for the purpose of providing better access to the SCENAR technology in North America.
- RITM Group was introduced to the RITMSCENAR distributors and resellers. The RITM Group was established in 2010 to communicate in an informative way about genuine Ritmscenar® Products & Services. Members of the RITM Group are the designers and manufacturers of genuine Ritmscenar technology and the associate companies that provide worldwide distribution and education services.
- Chris Mortensen, CEO of RITM SCENAR Institute and SCENAR Health and Elly Tomova, Managing Director of RITM Australia were awarded with Gold Medals for the promotion and development of RITMSCENAR Technology worldwide.

Dr. Alexander Revenko is awarded with Chekhov Medal for his “High professional achievements”. At the same time with Chekhov Medal award, Dr. Revenko will be admitted to the Union of Writers of Russia and Chekhov Community.
